The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable while preserving the parties' original intent.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and LordLuxy regarding your use of the Site and supersede all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings.
